He has more than 22 years’ experience in the process engineering and mining industry with experience ranging from copper, zinc, lead, antimony, titanium, lithium and gold processing in hydro-metallurgical and pyro-metallurgical plants where he filled technical, operational, management and project roles. Etienne is a valuable resource for any project whether being operational or in development phase.

Mr. Alberts is a process engineer with extensive industrial experience in base metal hydrometallurgy.
He fulfilled responsibilities in both technical and production roles involved with material crushing, screening, milling, agitation leaching, heap leaching, solvent extraction and electrowinning processes. His project development expertise extends to include feasibility studies, process design, project management, construction management and process plant commissioning.

Qualification
Mr. Louw is an experienced electrical engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the North-West University in Potchefstroom, South Africa.
Areas of Expertise
His experience includes that of a maintenance operational engineer in the energy intensive copper and zinc hydro-metallurgical processes including extensive project experience on both green and brown field projects. His professional experience extends from early project development through to commissioning and operation.He further led multi-disciplinary engineering teams to design and implement projects as well as construction industry teams as engineering manager. His experience in this nature of projects had provided him with extensive cost engineering expertise as well.
He has led several engineering improvement projects with industry leading successes on energy management.
